Guidelines for the abstract

Limits of the abstract
Abstract must not exceed one page (400 words) and must be submitted using MS Word.

Format

No figures, tables, equations or models are allowed in the abstract.

Title of the abstract

The abstract title should be centered and typed in.

Body of the abstract

Names and Affiliation

Name/s of author/s should be in lower case; bold letters (except initials and the first letter of the name/s) and centre aligned and should be written as initials(s) followed by family name(s). Names of author(s) must be centered and separated by semi-colons,  The name of the person who will present the paper should be indicated with ‘*’ sign. On the next line (no extra line spaces), the institutions, the authors and institutions should be numbered using superscripts to the top right of the names and the top left of the institutions.

Content of the abstract

Start the abstract leaving two line spaces after the affiliation. Abstracts should be written with a maximum of 400 words using “1” line spacing with an extra space separating paragraphs. Paragraphs should not be indented.

It is suggested that Abstracts include: a definition of the problem, a working proposition, methods or techniques employed, results, discussions and conclusions.

Acknowledgement

Source of funding only may be acknowledged and should be stated separately after the text as a single sentence in italics. One line space should be left between the text and the acknowledgement. Font: Times New Roman, Font size: 11

Keywords

Maximum of 5 keywords should be included under the sub-title 'Keywords:' at the end of the abstract. One line space should be left above the keywords. Font: Times New Roman, Font size: 11

Non- English & Technical Terms

Should be in italics
